tHe fReAk fAcToR experiment...part 1
what the hell have i gotten myself into? i never thought in 2 months i would make a change in my physique as well as my strength levels. but i now know what bein a "hybrid" is all about. i asked many if they were able to undergo "the freak factor experiment" but many turned it down..leaving me and my twin brother, dan, to be a guniea pigs. yes..a powerlifter..and a bodybuilder...the goal for us to be both...A TRUE HYBRID. i will discuss what i have learned from this method of training but first let me explain what a hybrid is...
a hybrid is a lifter who has the strength of a powerlifter but the physique of a bodybuilder...there are tons of examples of this....pudianowski...karwoski....KK...kroczaleski....jackson...efferding...kazmaier...poundstone(see above)...young..and more. its been proven that some of the more dangerous competitors were hybrids. when i was a teenager..i saw WSM where kazmaier ruled. i was motivated to be just like him..fuckin huge and fuckin strong as hell. and i've seen how he trains...its nasty too. hybrids are a rare breed...lifters who can bring two sports together and be dominant in both.
this is what a HYBRID...someone with the FREAK FACTOR is capable of!!
2 months ago..i simplified what's now called "the freak factor method" and just went and killed every session. i like to fuck work for my strength and muscle gains and every week i was blown away by some new PR i was setting. it was sick. i've never repped 515 on deads as much as i have and it had made me stronger. same with squats...i've repped 405 and 495 a fuckload more than i have in my life...all these reps in training has made me stronger..waaay stronger and bigger and leaner at the same time. my stamina has increased which has allowed me to handle heavier weights over the course of long periods of time in training...which in meets u have to be prepared to hold your stamina for long periods of time. right now i'm VERY confident i can squat near 800..bench in the mid 500s and pull in the 800s...but like its said..if it hasn't been done on the platform..it doesn't matter. my bro, dan, is manhandling 765 for reps on squat and 585 for reps on the incline and he's not 100% healed from his RC surgery..he went from 280 to 301 and dropped in bf! WTF!! i was 330 in decemeber and now 325..but lower BF and fuckloads stronger. what the hell was happening to the both of us?! pure mutation...and we both are still experimenting with this method further...so our testing isn't done yet...like mad fuckin scientist creating frankenstein..except we ARE FRANKENSTEINS...HAHAHAHAHA.
in two more months i will give detail results of the freak factor experiment and how its MUTATING my physique and my strength levels. also..u will learn more abuot this method and how to apply it to how u train now...but be prepared to work...cuz i know come april i will out work and out lift my competition. i will leave u some pics...progress i've made...
damn it poundstone..now i'm fired up to mutate EVEN MORE!!! THANK YOU!
